Bell zambi usor, dupa care se ridica. Nu vroia ca Rosalie sa'i vada lacrimile proaspat aparute. Iar intalnirea cu Nick ii facuse mai mult rau..isi aminti de intamplarea petrecuta in camera necesitatii, cand distrusese horcrux'ul cu Lisa.

Hayden aparuse..sub forma de fantoma. Si intr'un fel, Bell venise atunci acolo pentru a incerca sa'l gaseasca. Dar isi aminti de ceea ce ii spusese baiatul - el nu putea reveni ca fantoma..pentru ca nu trecuse de buna voie in lumea celor de dincolo.

"-Bell?" sopti Rosalie, de pe scaun.
"-Sunt bine" raspunse cercetasa, stergandu'si obrajii palizi cu maneca hanoracului.

Adevarul era ca nu se simtea bine; orice dar nu bine. Durerea o napadi iar, cu forte proaspete. Valuri intregi de suferinta i se pravaleau in tot corpul, lasand'o fara scapare. Era atat de greu sa te obisnuiesti cu lipsa cuiva drag..
