Era bizar faptul ca Chace se comporta asa grosolan cu Bell; nu se spunea ca el o iubea?!
"-Haide" murmura el, luand'o de mana. Isi desprinse palma dintr'a lui, aruncandu'i lui Bell o privire in semn de scuza. Aceasta aproba usor din cap si zambi slab. Ii facu semn sa plece, iar Meredith il urma pe Chace. "-Unde mergem?!" mormai ea. "-Pur si simplu vroiam sa'ti explic" ofta Chace. Incepu sa vorbeasca; aceleasi cuvinte din scrisoare. "-Ok..stiu asta" murmura Meredith. "-Vroiam sa'mi cer si scuze" ofta Chace. "-Scuze acceptate? Pot sa plec acum?!" intreba Mer. "-Inca nu.." ofta tanarul. Meredith il privi cu luare-aminte.
