Lily ma ruga sa iau loc luand bagheta pentru a face o vraja in care sa apara doua pernute pe un trunchi de copac care era cazut,m-am asezat pe aceasta asteptand sa continue ceea ce o intrebasem eu mai devreme.Pana cand spunea ca totul este adevarat incepu a imi enumera tot felul de chestii care facea ca lumea sa sufere...Ucidere.Blestem.Tortura.Rapire.Moarte.Ma uitam la viperina ingrozita imaginand-o pe ea facand asa ceva,mi se parea teribil de ingrozitor sa aud aceste lucruri asa ca oftasem usor,oprind-o pe Lily din enumerarea durerii.Dar ma simteam ciudat de bine in preajma lor,daca aveam sa le spun si prietenilor mei ca am stat o noapte intreaga cu devoratori sigur nu m-ar crede niciodata,am chicotit la gandul acesta.Sigur ar fi sarit pe mine cu intrebarile...dar imi placea in preajma lor,dar nu indeajuns incat sa ma alatur lor.Niciodata.

"-Dar de ce faceti asta?"i-am intrebat eu pe devoratori.
"-Voua va place sa faceti asta?"am murmurat.
"-Mi se pare ingrozitor."am tresarit gandindu-ma la 'lista dureri.'
"-Ma rog sunt eu prea prietenoasa si iubitoare."mi-am dat ochii peste cap.

Pe mine nu m-ar fi incantat cu absolut nimica sa vad persoane tipand de durere in fata mea si de aceea nu doream sa ma alatur lor.Dar pe ei ii facea mai veseli daca pierea un om sau zambeau la moartea unei persoane?Erau obligatii sau ce?Nu voiam sa judec pe nimeni dar doream niste explicatii.
