Desiree incuviinta tacuta din cap. Ea nu isi pusese problema cumpararii unui animal de casa, avand in vedere ca pisica sa, Nightshade, ii fusese daruita de catre verisoara sa. Desi nu o vazuse niciodata inainte si nici nu isi gasise preferintele in materie de animale, pisica aceea i se parea perfecta din toate punctele de vedere.
- Da, poate ai noroc, ii zise ea. Poate mergem in Aleea Diagon impreuna ca sa-ti cumperi o pisica. Stia ca exista acolo un magazin numit "Menajeria magica", dar nimic mai mult. Nu intrase niciodata in el. Isi ridica privirea spre chipul lui Jennifer, asteptandu-i raspunsul.
