Intr-adevar, scorpionul cazu, dar ramasese in viata. Atat Robert, cat si William aveau tentatia sa sara la gatul Viperinei, pana cand profesorul de "Studiul Incuiatilor" isi scoase bagheta si o ajuta pe fata. Acesta se concentra pe taietura lunga si rosti Episkey, sangele incepu sa se coaguleze, dar rana inca era deschisa.
"-Ferula !" rosti vampirul vrajitor, si acoperi gatul lui Lily.
William era putin speriat, dar bucuros ca Lily nu fusese otravita, clestii neavand glande pline cu toxine.
"-Esti mai bine ?" intreba William, ingrijorat.
Lily nu raspunse.
"-Trebuie sa mergem in poienita cealalta ca sa te recuperezi complet." zise adultul.

Il n'y a rien près de verité.
