Era cufundata in ganduri cand auzi deodata vocea lui Ainsley, venind parca de la mare departare. Isi intoarse privirea catre colega sa si o vazu urmarindu-i fotografia dintre degete. Ofta, fara sa fie surprinsa cu intruziunea ei.
- O fotografie veche, replica Desiree. Nu stiu cum a aparut aici.
Mangaie cu varful degetului rama. Familia din poza parea fericita, caci zambea cand fusese facuta fotografia. Era un simplu moment imortalizat in timp, ce nu mai avea substanta pentru ea. Fiindca nu traia in trecut, oricat si-ar fi dorit sa revina acolo.
Isi aminti ca asta nu era prima oara cand detalii personale se imprimau in Camera Necesitatii. Cumva, obiecte ce-i apartinusera continuau sa apara acolo.
