Cand isi dadu seama ca cele doua cari se lipisera, Lexie incepu, din instinct sa traga de a ei. Insa cand cartile incepura sa lumineze, Lexie ramase confuza.
Ce naiba se petrece aici? isi zise, putin enervata.
Nu intelegea nimic din acea lumina puternica. Nu reusea sa vada decat foarte putin. O vedea pe fata peste care tocmai daduse si pe ceilalti elevi din biblioteca, insa nu reusea sa isi dea seama ce faceau.
Isi puse mana la ochi cand vazu ca lumina nu dispare, si se incrunta la gandul ca habar nu avea ce se intampla.

"OK, ce naiba a fost asta?" intreba, cand lumina incepu sa se domoleasca si nu mai vedea puncte verzi si albastre in fata ochilor.
