Perfect betrayal

"Fine," Kennya sighed as she pulled up a chair and sat behind the counter. "I was in a couple bands in... high school. It's the name I went by and it kinda stuck. All my friends call me that way."

Andrew just sat blinking at the girl for a few moments. "Wow, you're right," the boy started, "That was the longest story I've ever heard. I think it took a whole three seconds to tell."
"Fuck you," Kennya laughed, while Khatherine almost choked with her own saliva.
Andrew stuck his tongue out at the slytherin girl behind the counter, who just smirked at him. The way Andrew's cute lips pouted didn't get passed Kennya, and she found herself smiling more in this boy's presence than she had in a while. There was just something so youthful about the youth's aura and it made Kenn feel giggly. It was intoxicating.
"So, you were in a band?" Andrew leaned on the counter. Every time music was mentioned he was instantly interested.

"Yeah, a few. I play the bass," Kennya relaxed into her chair. She wasn't the type to feel calm in the presence of someone she just met, but this boy surely was different somehow. She attributed it to the boy's contagious smile.
"No way!" Andrew's face lit up. "I am the vocalist!"
