  • Lexie se incrunta. O ora si jumatate. Doar atat timp aveau. Se uita la Julieta care era panicata pe buna dreptate. Totusi, viperina incerca sa e controleze asa incat sa poata gandi clar si limpede ce ar trebui sa faca acum. Aveau un anumti timp in care trebuia sa ajunga inapoi acasa. Adica, in timpul lor. Isi scutura capul, incercand sa isi scoata din el detaliile despre spatiu si timp care o facea tot mai confuza.
    Fata i se lumina brusc, o idee infiripandu-i-se in creier.
    "Poate ar trebui sa ne intoarcem. Sa ajungem in locul din care am plecat. Poate omul acela cu pelerina neagra ne va aduce inapoi," spuse viperina, zambind multumita. Poate ca gresea...sau poate ca nu. Oricum, nu avea sa ignore singura solutie pe care o gasi.
    O prinse brusc de mana pe cercetasa si o trase dupa ea pe coridor. Ii parea putin rau pentru ea pentru ca era vizibil ametita si se vedea ca nu ii era prea bine. Urcara pana la etajul sapte, ratacind pe ici pe colo drumul. Lexie fremata usurata cand ajunse ion fata peretelui pe care trebuia sa apara usa cunoscuta.
    Se gandi la locul lor de relaxare si le parau imediat usa masiva. O deschise fara sa ezite si intra inauntrul gradinii improvizate. Nu fu surprinsa sa nu isi gaseasca roba si geanta pe bancuta din mijloc. Merse si apasa u putere pe piatra mare. Imediat aparura scarile. Viperina ranji multumita si o sprijini pe cercetasa, punandu-i o mana dupa umerii sai si incepu sa coboare scarile.
