- Lexie inspira usor aerul de afara. Privi soarele, care nu era suficient de puternic incat sa ii deranjeze ochii, acoperit de o patura groasa de nori cenusii. Isi fixa privirea asupra profesoarei de vajthat. Nu mai participase niciodata la cursurile de zbor, asa ca simtea un nod in gat gandindu-se la momentul in care va trebui sa se urce pe matura.
Inghiti in sec, vazand pergamentul usor ingalbenit plutind spre ea. Isi scrise cu varfil ascutit al penei sale preferate, inmuiat in cerneala, numele si casa.
Apoi isi indrepta din nou privirea spre profesoara. Erau colege. Nu numai ca profesoare, insa o stia si din casa ei. Ambele erau viperine. O cunoscuse pe India acum ceva timp si stia ca putea sa se bazeze pe ea, deocamdata ca o colega. Insa prietenia nu era departe.
Ii zambi usor distant, cum facea de fiecare data, apoi astepta.
