  • Lexie isi mari ochii de uimire cand auzi pasii care se apropiau tot mai mult de cei doi. Nu se asteptase ca cineva sa bantuie pe coridoare la ora aceea, insa, oricine ar fi fost, Lexie ar fi avut destul de multe probleme sa fie gasita pe coridoarele scolii la acea ora.

    Inspira adanc aer in piept, injurand in gand, sarind de pe pervaz cu viteza. Se apropie de Lucas, care o luase inaintea ei, intorcandu-si capul in spate de destul de multe ori incat sa o doara ceafa. Se incrunta, alergand cat de silentios putea pe cordorul cu aspect prafuit al castelului.

    "Ce facem?" il intreba ea pe Lucas, printr-o soapta usoara, incercand sa isi dea seama ce voia baiatul sa faca. Nu puteau sa fuga la nesfarsit pe coridoare, fara tinta. Lexie isi simtea respiratia ingreunandu-i-se cu fiecare pas pe care il facea.
