Helena urmarea patronusurile create de colegii ei. De-abia astepta lectia aceasta , cu toate ca mai facuse un patronus de vreo 3 ori. Cele ale prietenilor erau foarte reusite , iar cand veni randul fetei , incerca sa se gandeasca la acea amintire fericita , lasand acel sentiment vesel sa-i cuprinda sufletul si mintea. Respira incet si cu toata concentratia ei , rosti hotarat :
"-Expecto Patronum!" iar din bagheta iesi mai intai doua firicele albe, pana s-a transformat intr-o puma ce plutea gratios. Acum Helena era mai vesela , vazandu-si puma langa ea , care se rotea in jurul fetei cu un scut de caldura materna.
