/ about fruits

To me, a strawberry has always been looking like a heart, with its so simillar colour and shape, though I’ve also seen plenty of round strawberries, and even twin ones, things which would both be deadly for anyone if my strawberry was a heart indeed. I have allready eaten all the strawberries in my garden. This is the only one left. I kinda feel sorry for her. I brought her inside and now I’m trying to picture it, but instead of paint I’m using words. It is small and it has the most beautiful colour i’ve ever seen. It is probably tasty as well, but I cannot tell. If I could, I had nothing to write about now.
It’s sitting on a table, which is in front of a large window. The light creates shaddows, identical copies of everything in the room. Except for the strawberry, whose shaddow looks anyhow but like a heart.
It is sitting on an upside-down cup and it looks like it’s ready to fall... in a bowl full of grapes. The bright red and the calm dark purple look so cute together! I’ve just stepped ahead and picked up the fallen fruit. Enough with word-picturing for now... Time to find out how this ones tastes like. Said and done. After this, I’m wondering: If the strawberry meets my heart an it’s way down, what will they say to each other?
