Luna isi imprastia lumina palida printre ferestrele Castelului, dezvaluind astfel celor doua Cercetase coridoarele prin care mergeau. In acea noapte , o liniste sumbra domnea asupra imprejurarilor - linistea dinaintea furtunii.
Desiree sopti "Lumos!", iar scanteia din varful baghetei lumina contururile sterse ale coridorului. O auzi pe Ainsley in spatele ei facand acelasi lucru si se linisti, stiind ca nu se afla singura acolo.
- Incotro e Hambarul bufnitelor? ofta colega ei.
Cercetasa indrepta bagheta spre dreapta ei, aratandu-i treptele ce le va duce in acea incapere.
- Pe acolo. Haide.
Incepu sa mearga cu grija, pasii ei rasunand surd pe podeaua din piatra.
