Long Live

John watched Claire hugging her father with such big love. It was a pretty sight, of course, but it sicken him. He had never been that close to his father. Not even when he was very small. The thought of hugging or kissing his father made him feel like throwing up. But Claire seemed to be so happy about it...

"Daddy's girl..." he softly said, rolling his eyes bored.

"Be more sensitive, John. Some children actually DO love their parents." his father said, entering the room together with his mom.

John looked at him for a second but then started looking away. He couldn't even stand looking at him for more than 5 seconds. His father was a lot taller and a lot stronger than him, but also, a lot more idiot. John hated the fact that he had his eyes, his nose, his lips and his body structure. He had different hair and eyes color, but the shape of almost every part of his body resembled his father, which kicked off the posibility of him being adopted. Which he would have desired so much.

"Hey, dad..." he said, trying to be polite or something.

He already hated deeply being there.
