John had felt into some kind of weird trance. He was seeing some powerful, white light and white figures all around him, some of them talking to him. He couldn't understand their words, but they didn't sounded dangerous. He didn't felt hurt anymore, or scared, or troubled... Everything was so peaceful...

But then, he started hearing someone calling his name, from some place that seemed to be so far away. The voice became more and more clear, while the white light and white figures started to slowly fade away... Claire's powerful, terrified voice pierced through him and made him feel as if he was sliding back down forecefully, with a worrying speed.

He started caughing harder than ever, spitting out water all over the place. His chest was hurting a lot, his lungs felt crushed, his view was blurry and his head dizzy. He needed to hold onto something cause he felt as if he was going to faint, so he grabbed Claire hard by her sweater, tearing it apart without wanting. He was feeling as if he had been brought back from death... And it didn't felt pleasant.
