Episode 2

“…and a bottle of Cloudy Bay Pelorus please” Said Lexy consulting the menu
“So..” Said Ronny looking around the table “Tell me everything!”
“Oh,well..” Said Lexy “We met on the beach and god,he’s so handsome!”
“Did you had dinner somewhere nice?” Asked Chantelle smiling like she already knew the answer
“Umm,not really.That is just too classic!” Lexy replied with an in-your-face smile in Chantelle’s surprise
“Go on” Ronny said as if Chantelle didn’t say nothing.
“ And we had hot sex on the beach! It was just fabulous..every girl’s dream” Said Lexy excited
“Shame it was just a summer thing” Michel said nodding slowly concerned Lexy needed a reminder: Hello,Earth talking!You’re in Boston,California’s over,summer is over.
“Sure” Said Chantelle “But very exciting story indeed” And smiled politely
“Me and Chris had a great time..we’ve been to New York together!” Said Ronny then took a sip of the overpriced wine
“That sound great!” Said Lexy nodding “Did you do any shopping? Me and Michel did LOADS!”
“Darling you know shopping is one of my priorities!” Said Ronny
“Sure it is!” Agreed Chantelle “I can open an entire shop with all the bags I bought this summer!”
“How about you?” Asked Michel “Any holiday romances?”
“Me?” Said Chantelle laughing “Not really…”
“Here are your seafood salads, ladies” Said the waitress smiling politely
“How’s your nan?” Asked Chantelle breaking the silence
“Oh honey she’s good, thanks for asking. She’s thinking of visiting Canada this year” Said Lexy tasting the food
“Oh really?” Said Ronny with an interested expression on her face “I always found Canada a lovely place”
‘Sure you did’ thought Michel looking down at her plate. It was clear that she and Ronny would not be able to maintain their friendship after what happened. Actually, she and Chris we’re on a break, they didn’t broke up. A couple of days later, Ronny burst into their bedroom happier then ever, she and Chris were together. Since then, Ronny looks at her like at an enemy who can attack every second. But in fact Michel is the one that should feel that way.
“What a lovely evening!” Said Chantelle while they were making their way to the limo
“Very nice indeed” Said Michel
“You were so quiet tonight” Remarked Ronny
“Oh, I was just enjoying the food, the atmosphere..” Said Michel with a fake excitement

“Hey..” Said Chris standing in the doorway
“Hi” Said Michel surprised of his visit “Ronny’s not here, Lexy is sleeping over in hers”
“Is not her I’m looking for” Said Chris entering the room and closing the door behind him.
Michel was sitting on the edge of the bed, wrapped in a towel, her hair wet. He leaned over and kissed her slowly, his hands touching her skin. Michel’s heart was beating fast. He threw the towel on the floor and kissed her breast. He explored her skin with patience then with gentle moves filled her with pleasure. She knew it wasn’t right, but it felt like it is. Michel opened her eyes and suddenly realised she was cold. She quickly covered her bare skin and hurried to the bathroom. A shower, that’s what she needed to make his smell vanish off her skin.
“Michel?” Someone knocked at the bathroom’s door minutes later“Michel are you in there?”
Michel got dressed as quickly as possible then opened the door.
“Hi,Lexy” She said trying not to sound..weird.
“Umm..when did you get up?” She asked
“Not long ago..” She answered “You ok?”
“What is this supposed to mean?” Asked Lexy with her back turned fo Michel.
“W-what?” She asked while drying her hair
“Is..is this an used condom?” She turned to Michel with an I-can’t-believe-this face “What happened?” she raised her voice significantly
“Well..” Michel said with tears in her eyes
“Is it Danny?” Lexy asked angrily
“Of course Not!” Michel said loudly and cross at the thought that Lexy can care just about herself “Why would I?”
“Michel.. I want the truth!” Lexy said coming towards her “You know I’m your friend..” She added after a while seeing that Michel wasn’t answering
“ I can’t!” Michel said with a serious face
“Fine!” Lexy replied looking at her with disgust “It doesn’t matter, I will discover somehow” She said then slammed the door after her.
So many questions came in Michel’s mind. But no one to answer. Why did he do it? Why didn’t she see the condom before she went to have a shower? Why.. why everything has to be like this? Something was certain though, his love was toxic for her.

“Hey, gorgeous!” Said Chantelle “Coming downstairs for breakfast?”
In the dining room, Ronny and Lexy seemed to have a laugh while Louis, Alex and Danny were in a deep conversation about football(most likely) and there he was, drinking his coffee next to the boys but he seemed like he was miles away, lost in his thoughts.
“Look who turned up to breakfast finally!” Said Louis in a friendly tone to Michel while she sat down.
